Your introspective experience in The Cottage at Riverdell will be gently guided by Riverdell staff offering:
* The sacred art of attunement
* Self-exploration exercises
* Journaling
* Spiral walk
* Personal ceremony
There will be ample periods for silent reflection and meditations. The healing environment of Riverdell will provide nourishment for your body-mind–spirit.

Fees
Daily fee of $75 per night (or $60 concession) includes accommodation, daily attunement and staff guidance as outlined. From our experience, we recommend a minimum of 3 days.
Food
Our Retreat program is offered on a self-catering basis.
